Belchertown
Chicopee: There will be no parking on main streets and no parking on the odd side of secondary streets from 6 p.m. Tuesday until noon on Wednesday.
Easthampton: There will be no parking on all city streets from 3 p.m. Tuesday until noon Wednesday.
Holyoke: From noon Tuesday to 7 a.m. Thursday. There will be no parking on the even side of any street unless otherwise posted.
Longmeadow: A parking ban for all streets will remain in effect from the time the winter precipitation starts until 12 hours after it stops.
Ludlow
Monson: A parking ban is in effect through Wednesday at 4 p.m.
Northampton: The City of Northampton DPW has declared a snow emergency. Parking is prohibited on all city streets and city parking lots from midnight to 6 a.m., except on Main Street where parking is prohibited between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. The Armory Street Parking Lot is open for use during snow emergencies except from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. to allow for plowing.
Springfield: From 7 p.m. until further notice, there will be no parking on the even side of the street from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. and no parking on the odd side of the street from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Hampden County Court: No first day jurors
Holyoke City Hall: City Hall and the Annex will open on a 90-minute dealy at 10 a.m.

Harmonized Good Agricultural Practices Training Program sponsored by UMass Extension and Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources, postponed; new date to be scheduled
